Regular Showroom and Telephone Hours:

Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

To place an order:

Click on the item  and then  add that selection to your shopping cart.  You may change items in the shopping cart at anytime.  You may also cancel your order at any time by clicking the "Cancel" button.

The shopping cart keeps a running total of the selections you have made along the way.  When you are ready to place the order, click on the "Submit order" button.  You will receive confirmation via e-mail.

Secure Ordering:

The Music House online ordering system is secured with a highly reliable method of data encryption using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.  SSL is supported by many Internet Web Browsers.  It is for encryption of all your personal information as it is transmitted over the Internet. When you enter the check out phase, the security is automatically active. Any information you enter during the check out phase including name, address, phone, email, and credit card number is all secured with SSL.

Once we receive your data it is stored in an encrypted format on servers that are secured from unauthorized access.
Browsers show secure pages differently. Please refer to your browser's documentation to see how SSL is handled.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.

From time to time we may send emails to our customers notifying them of specials or related products. If you do not wish to receive these types of emails directly from TheMusicHouse please email info@themusichouse.com and let us know what email addresses you want removed from our distribution lists.

Order by phone:

Place your order, entering all information except for your credit card information.  You can then call our toll-free number within the next 48 hours to provide your credit card info.  Your order will be held for a maximum of 48 hours awaiting your call.

Availability and Backorders:

Should the item you have ordered become unavailable , we will notify you by email.  If  temporarily out-of-stock, we will include the estimated delivery date.  

Shipping and Handling:  

Shipping charges are based on the Total Weight of your order.  Most shipping is handled through FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or the United States Priority Mail (Continental U.S. Only).  Allow 7-10 business days for delivery.  Shipping will automatically be added onto all orders. All shipments to Alaska & Hawaii Add $15.00. The charges are calculated  in Pounds as illustrated in the chart below for standard shipping charges:

Shipping and handling starts at $8.00 for standard delivery.You can click "add to cart" on the item you are interested in and see what shipping and handling charges come to.  We also have Next Day, Second Day and Third Day service.

Oversized/Overweight Shipment:

Some items require special shipping and handling and cannot be shipped via UPS.  Those items have special shipping costs and are noted on each product individually.

International Customers:  

For Customers outside of the United States and Puerto Rico, orders will be sent by US Express Mail. Shipping charges vary according to the weight of the package. You will be notified by email of the total shipping charges to be assessed to your credit card.  Taxes, duties or customs/brokerage fees associated with ordering merchandise from the US will be the responsibility of the receiver.  

Delivery time:

US Priority mail, FedEx and UPS Ground will take 3-5 business days.  Expedited Service is available at an extra charge based on availability of item.  Please let us know and we will e-mail you back with any additional charges.

Pricing:

Prices are listed for the Continental U.S. and are subject to change without notice.

It is unlikely that we will  have made any errors but we reserve the right to correct,  and not supply an item at a misquoted price.

Sales Tax (New York State only):

Appropriate sales tax will be added to orders shipped in New York State.

Method of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover

We accept Visa,  Mastercard,  American Express,  Discover, PayPal and money orders.  Credit cards will be charged when your order is shipped.   We also accept personal checks (U.S. only).  Company and Personal checks take 4-5 business days to clear.

Satisfaction Guaranteed:

Damages must be reported within 48 hours!  For refunds, credit or exchanges (excluding shipping and handling charges), returned items must be in original condition, mailed and insured within 15 days.  Some items may have a restocking fee.

By Car
From the Long Island Expressway, take exit 36 (Searingtown Road).  Drive north.  Once you cross Northern Boulevard, Searingtown Road becomes Port Washington Blvd.  Drive approximately 2 miles.  We are one block north of Citibank and the Port Washington High School.  Building #938, second floor, suite #1.

By Train
If you are taking the Long Island Railroad from NYC, take the Port Washington train and we are the last stop on the train.Walk out of the station towards Main Street. Make a right and walk 3 blocks to Port Washington Blvd. Make a right on Port Washington Blvd. Walk 2 blocks to Bernard Street. Cross Bernard St. We are the 4th door on the right. Building #938, second floor, suite #1
